Abstract

This text aims to highlight the fecundity of Koselleckian Conceptual History in the context of the critical analyses of our time character that focus on the consequences of a certain conception and experience of time. We will take the concept of acceleration as a motto that condenses the meaning of these pathologies and their modern genesis and we will try to offer evidence on contributions, tools and critical potential that the Begriffsgeschichte offers in this regard in both its facet as a historiographic approach and as a theory of modernity and modernization.
