La temporalidad del trauma

Abstract

This article tries to address the question of the translation of the notion of trauma from the psychoanalytical field to historical semantics from a Koselleckian perspective. Assuming the fundamental premise of the conceptual history’s methodology theorized by Reinhart Koselleck, according to which concepts, in their own development and semantic evolution, constitute the articulation of historical time, it will be understood that what this translation indicates is the crystallization of a social experience of time, involving a new link between the metahistorical notions of experience and expectation.
