Resumen

El artículo pone en diálogo teoría política y acción colectiva anticapitalista en el Norte y el Sur globales. Reseña una serie de debates sobre las transiciones, tanto en el Norte Global (ej., La Gran Transición, la Iniciativa de los Pueblos en Transición, el Gran Giro, la transición a la era Ecozoica, la Transición a la Civilización Ecológica, tanto como el decrecimiento y los movimientos en defensa de los comunes) como en el Sur Global (Buen Vivir, el posdesarrollo, transiciones civilizatorias y transiciones hacia el posextractivismo). En su análisis, el autor hace converger la filosofía política de estas intervenciones con la teoría contemporánea del diseño (Manzini, Tonkinwise e Irwin). De esta convergencia surgen propuestas de diseño para las transiciones que conllevarían una refundación ontológica de lo humano.
